I had a similar issue recently and just to do a return, then just make another purchase. @ChickPhilA was most helpful.
Thereās return instructions on the slip or use the tracking email. Couldnāt be easier, just returned a H&B polo due to size. Had a new one three days later.
Yeah. Issue is the hat doesnāt have other sizes.

Is the āemail when back in stockā function no longer a thing? Iām logged in on the store, Iāve navigated to a product offering that has my size greyed out and struck through. Previously I was able to select the out of stock size and enter my email, but now I canāt select the out of stock size.
I NEED to know what shirt/jacket/pullover @Soly is wearing in the Open Championship preview show.
It appears to be collared and long-sleeved, but itās buttoned and proper-looking as well. Super cleanā¦and of course navy blue. I must have this.

H+B makes a long sleeve navy polo, they actually have one in the shop, but it has the crest logo. My guess is this is a sample from the new fall line, or maybe a sample from the old fall line with an alternate logo.
