They’re pricey, but I like Peter Millar “Tour Fit”. They change the name seemingly every season. Not sure what they call it right now.
Rhône stuff fits me best. Sale only purchase for me.
Never heard of the Tour Fit, will look into it. Is it slightly less baggie than the Summer Comfort? Oddly their website doesn’t really filter by fit. Looks like it may be the Crown Crafted name now.

It’s whatever sounds most sporty is tighter fitting; comfy has more fabric.
Then they all have “a 6’2” model wearing a medium” they are not 6’2” or not a medium. just on sleeve length.
Peter sizing is an adventure. If you don’t like how it fits, you didn’t spend enough money…
But really they change yearly for style; for example summer comfort 4 button polos have much longer selves than previous comfort series.
Quick question, are these the same hat model, but just with the script added? The one without the script looks like it has a slightly shorter brim but might also just be the picture

They are v. similar, but the one with the script is stock x210P from Imperial, the one without is custom made for us (to mimic the X210P from imperial)

Any chance some imperial Habanero rope hats make their way into the shop some time? The high crown stuff just does not work on my dumb head despite my best efforts but I still like to pretend I am a youth by wearing rope hats and quarter crew socks

We have some of the Wingman style coming this spring! It’s basically the Habanero but with a snapback instead of the velcro strap back there. 6 Panel, rope, mid crown. Not the “retro fit” like the Wrightson.

Probably a dumb question but does anyone know if the sizing for this similar to regular polo’s from footjoy? Since I didn’t see it specify an athletic or traditional fit, I wasn’t sure if the sun protection style were any different.
FJ items that are not specificed as Athletic fit are their normal fit.
We specify athletic/traditional when we carry BOTH versions on our site and/or if it is specifically athletic fit.
This only comes in the traditional fit.
However, they have been slowly shrinking the traditional fit over the last 3 years to make it less tent-like.

Wanted to do them with FJ as we love theirs, but the minimums to do custom were insanely high.
I do recommend the FJ ones wholeheartedly. They stay put, they have elbow articulation, keep the sun at bay, and are quite comfortable to wear. Use them a lot during the summer here in the desert. We also have added many long sleeve polos with SPF as well to the shop from both FJ and Rhoback to help with the sun protection
