What’s been the group’s experience with turnaround time at the shipping partner facility?
Going on day three of USPS Awaiting Item.

Usually it’s very quick. It could be an USPS issue. I’ve had things from other places go from USPS Awaiting Item to Out for Delivery overnight.

Mine recently took over 5 days for usps to receive it. Previously it had usually been a day or two
Most things with Free and standard shipping are going Mail Innovations currently because shipping prices just keep. going. up.
How that works is that UPS actually does the pick up from the warehouse, then gets it to the local post office utilizing UPS Ground routes. USPS then gets it to take the final mile.
You can plug the same USPS tracking # into UPS and see where it is in its journey, though sometimes UPS forgets to scan it, then bam - what @coryschu3 said happens - nothing, then all of a sudden out for delivery!
I’m getting ready to do a deep dive into shipping costs again with the warehouse and trying to find some other alternatives that don’t cost us an arm and a leg to offer for free/standard shipping. Mail Innovations has different average times depending on where you are in the country - the closer you are to UTAH, the faster it is. USPS Ground Advantage is a bit faster but more expensive. Ditto for USPS Priority (even more expensive than GA). We are always working with the warehouse to utilize new and different offerings to bring a balance of speed and cost to the shipping matrix.
We revamped all the free/standard/priority/express service levels about 2 years ago - all in the shop FAQ.

@ChickPhilA Is this the Jackson hoodie? I was at Bandon and they had this and it was so soft I was blown away, but it was only available in a color that I have literally three hoodies in the same color, so I passed. But with that sweet, sweet Nest Member discount I might have to take the plunge if it’s available in other colors.
Also when did we start using the word “colorways” – it seems to be like the last three or four years and I’m not sure I’m here for it. What’s wrong with “colors”…? Curious minds are inquiring.

The Jackson is an H&B hoodie. This hoodie here is the Footjoy lightweight hoodie.
Colors are singular meaning the item is one color. Colorways refer to the different color schemes something comes in. You could have 2 blue polos, one with a white embroidery and one with a red. So there are two blue colorways there. It’s commonly used in fashion production.

Thank you so much for focusing not just on teal, but DEEP teal. I have a completely irrational hatred of teal (to the point that I was genuinely upset when Weezer used that color in a recent release) so this is fantastic news for my wallet.
For the black Wallace hoodie, I know it’s out - and previously you used the skeleton logo. I assume if and when that comes back it will be in the fall/winter? I think a wallace hoodie in black would be awesome but not sure how long I will need to wait for it.
