I think I own at this time at least 10-12 light weight hoodies from various brands. I consider the rhoback a light weight hoodie. I mean, the levelwear ones are literally t shirts with hoods. I def have worn and will wear them with just a sports bra underneath. Esp in the summer for running errands and what not, it’s freaking cold inside places with AC, and it keeps my arms from getting too much sun! And I’m never “too hot”.

The levelwear lightweight “tshirt” style hoodie I bought at Jax Beach is like the ultimate piece of clothing. Can literally be worn year round.

To that end: I have a couple of hoodies that are very lightweight and are basically sunshirts for me in the summer, those I will wear without a shirt on underneath. But I also have heavier hoodies that are layering pieces and I will definitely have a shirt on underneth those. Can’t put all hoodies in the same bucket.

I think I understand why I differ here. I have what my daughter called “fur” the other day. So my baseline is already a merino wool-level sweater. If I put anything with full sleeves on, I am liable to sweat like a pig. I need a t-shirt to let some air get in if I am overheating.
