The lighter the roast, more caffeine. I think the darker the roast, the more likely you’re going to get a burnt roast though.

Lots of nuance here. What does coffee “taste like” to you? We like light roasts in large part because of other flavors you get out of them that aren’t classically coffee (similar to wine). Darker roasts are darker because of the Maillard reaction, and will be similar to other browned foods.

Could I get sizing for both the Rhoback hoodies and the NLU performance polos?
I’m 6’/190 and am a medium in Nike polos, but wear a large in many hoodies.
Large should be good for rhoback. I’m 6’3”, 230 and wear an XL.

I’m 6’0 185 and wear the mediums, but I like the slightly snugger fit, it works comfortably over a polo for me. I do feel like large would fit more stranded “hoodie” sizing whereas the medium is like Q-zip siding on me.
If that makes sense.

I am 6 foot 1 190 and I have a large, will be going medium next time. Feel I am on the proverbial line and they don’t make M/L hoodies like they do gloves
