If you are bringing the hat production in house, please do a “small fit” run at some point in the future. Those of us with Rory-size noggins appreciate it.

The small fit stuff is still going to come from Imperial. We don’t do enough sales in those sizes (small fit, xl, XXL) to justify doing it fully custom at this time.
We do offer many small or small fit versions of hats in the shop currently - this link is filtered to just all the small/small fit things we have in stock at the moment.

Are the performance rope hats similar in size to the suns up hats or Imperial’s performance hats? Or provocatively somewhere in the middle?

If it’s a Wrightson comp, it’s rather a high crown.

As @Slainte, the comp is indeed the wrightson rope hat from imperial. It’s def on the mid-high crown side.

Are fitted hats way out of style? Asking for a friend.
I don’t think the fitted hat will ever go out of style. Only the way you wear it. Don’t be like younger me, inventing new ways to look stupid in a fitted and I think youll be fine.

I’ve been thinking the same thing, Snap-backs are fine, but I was really hoping for a fitted Titleist/NLU hat to replace my old one

Stocking fitted hats is a nightmare. They have had one or two fitted options over the years but you won’t see them doing too much stock in them.

Unless they’re the flex fits it seems like a disaster of a proposition with all the specific sizes required, and every fitted hat I’ve seen is different even if the size says they’re the same.

I’m not talking new era specific sizing either, flex fit is more than fine. Just my preferential hat style and it’s a rare NLU find
