The lovely young lady that I am dating (should she ever find this post) was immediately repulsed/turned off by the NLU mega bucket that happened to appear in one of my photo galleries. Is this a typical reaction from SOs?

While the bucket hat is practical and widely praised within the male golfer community, no one has ever gotten laid with a bucket hat on. I don’t know a single woman who actually likes the bucket on guys they otherwise find attractive.

When the first visor i bought was opened. She just looked at me like she was horrified that she slept with me voluntarily. then gave me the “if anyone can pull it off, i guess its you”
After 3 or 4 “golf only” headwear purchases, she stopped showing any reaction whatsoever.

It is difficult to get laid in even the most conservative/stylish golf attire. Buckets and tour visors might as well be chastity belts.

My wife likes the NLU bucket when I wear it.
My 10 year old daughter on the other hand…she will not be seen with her dad while he wears a bucket hat.
