I have a 7 5/8" (sometimes 7 3/4") head and the rope hats sit neatly on the top of my head like a top hat.

I wear a 7 1/2 and it fits. nicely and can either be pulled down if you want it loosened or sit on top of your hat. It does bunch up a bit in the corners, but I think that’s just the design of the rope hat itself

I find them to be on the small size.
Imperial makes another Rope called the “Hammond” that I’ve had better luck with for a larger size head. I typically snap that with three snaps as opposed to only 1 or 2 on the standard rope hat.
For whatever reason the Hammond isn’t available as a custom order or in the public catalog on Imperial’s website, but I’ve seen it in the PDF of their catalog. Would love to see it as an option in the store. @sundaybag

I’ll be very curious if anyone can compare the sizing to the kirkland gloves, which I find to actually be super nice and a great price. I would imagine it to be pretty similar.
