NLU Pro Shop (Part 1)

I had a similar experience with my Driver. the rubber cap came off the end of my fiberglass alignment stick, got under my headcover and did some major cosmetic damage to the crown. Tho most of it buffed out - I purchased a cover for my alignment rods shortly after. Additionally, it’s convenient to cover up an extra wood shaft if you’re carrying one.

Interesting. I use my alignment stick as much to wrap my towel around (which for sure could be my 4-iron for how rarely I use that) … I mean I barely take it out at the range. So I’m not a big alignment stick guy, apparently. Therefore my entire view on them and their “hats” are probably unfair.

I couldn’t tell you the last time I used my alignment stick to actually work on alignment. At this point, it’s used to hold my towel and I put my glove on the top of it to dry it out between shots. Like Soly, I too have glandular issues.

I find mine great as a towel, putter cover, head cover keeper while playing. I use it when when warming up just to make sure I’m aiming where I’m looking which can a problem.

Yes, I also often put a putter cover or headcover on it myself. I just rarely use it for … alignment! I almost assuredly should.

Makes it one less thing to blame for my poor play, however :laughing:🏌‍♂

I went ahead and re-subbed as I hadn’t seen anything come to my email today. Will another batch of emails go out sometime today?

Is there a thread where we can just repost the newsletter (behind the paywall of course)? Is that chill? I think most Nesticles would still try to resub to support the newsletter, but it would allow anyone who missed out to still keep up on the news/deals.

Had floral logo nest tee show up today. XL fits right on with how Lulu and/or Nike workout shirts fit. Really like it. Very tempted to buy one or two more on 20% off.

Guis. I come here with great sadness.

After looking and waiting and coveting I finally purchased a solo hooded vest with the last drop.

Gentlemen and gentle ladies I am not ashamed to say I am not a small man. I was hopeful yet reserved in knowing that this xxl vest MAY be too snug but alas I was hopeful it would fit within the boundaries of “goal weight” category of clothing of which I have many items. (Side note: maybe I should work on that harder)

Packages arrived with the speed of Bryson’s steroid induced swing. I rushed home to try it on. A single tear appeared from my eye and down my cheek.

I mean this thing was a large. At best. I’m not mad. I knew this was a possibility. I’m just hoping to keep another good looking large mammal from having the disappointing Tuesday that I had this week.

Carry on.

“Bumping this to the top” and also apologizes if this has been covered since. Did a search and replying to this felt the most appropriate. @MerchCzar - Any updates/feedback on Tervis Tumblers? Would love to enjoy some beverages in an NLU branded tumbler while watching NLU content or live golf.

I know the Shotgun Start guys got in trouble for selling branded Tervis’, I think their regulations stated they couldn’t be sold online, only in person.

I don’t think that is the case. I just recently bought some from Pinehurst’s online shop. Although I am the furthest thing from an e-commerce expert.

You can sell online I believe but need a brick and mortar location as well

From what I recall, Tervis doesn’t allow online only sales, but if they are sold in a brick and mortar store somewhere, they can also be sold online. That said, I know Sugarloaf and TBC have offered Tervis at times, not sure if they have merch available in person somewhere?

(There’s a joke in there about TBC ever having merch available in a brick and mortar store)

Yeah, they had to be sold in a B&M I guess is what I remember them saying. I was able to scoop a Fried Egg Tervis maybe a month before, I wonder if they let them sell that inventory until they ran out or not…
On a totally unrelated note, I am very disappointed with Tervis, I got one from an amateur tournament a few years ago and it held up great until last November, it started clouding up, so I sent it in, after about 4-5 weeks I got it back. Then in February it did the same thing, so I sent it in, and I still haven’t gotten it back.

Boy, this hits home. I have way too many clothes that don’t fit but are in the, “Well, as soon as drop a few lbs, they will!” And they’ve been in the closet for way too long. The nice thing is SOME of those now do fit, but there’s still too many ‘goal weight clothes’ around…

I lost about 50 lbs back in 2013-2014 and have some pretty solid clothes from that time period. Unfortunately I gained about 25 of it back but I can’t bring myself to get rid of the old clothes because I know I’m only a few months of discipline away from fitting into them again.

I am in the same boat. I lost a ton of weight then I managed to gain most of it back in COVID. I need to get back on the discipline train.
