Haven’t been riding all summer, prefer outdoor cardio when the weather is nice but got back on the bike today. Wife isn’t comfortable with me going back to the gym yet so looks like I’ll have to get into the strength classes too.
Damn son
That’s been my goal the last few weeks also. If I’m potentially walking 72 holes in two days I damn well better start prepping for it.
The man’s a menace!!
Cmon people… who’s going to step up?
After signing his praises last week I humbly submit the following Sam Yo ride for this week’s enjoyment.
Hell Yes. Thanks for stepping up
Sweet, I’ve only taken a cool down ride from Sam. Looking forward to this also looks like a good playlist.
First ride in a few weeks after straining my back on the golf course (easily the most old man sentence I’ve ever typed). Was planning on Sam Yo but couldn’t resist a live Alex T ride. Meant to take it easy but we all know how that goes. Felt good to be back.
Check out the Crush your Core and Welcome to Peloton Yoga programs. Highly recommend both.
FYI - You can get statement credit if you are using a Chase Sapphire card for your Peloton subscription. I used to have mine connected to a different card, but just switched it over to my Chase card. Just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else is in a similar position.
Thank you! Did my first beginner yoga class this AM!
It doesn’t look like you have to activate an offer on your Chase card, is that right?
That’s what I think. If the card is linked the credit will happen automatically. Sort of like the travel credit on the preferred.
I’m looking to pull the trigger on a Bike before the Xmas rush pushes delivery out. Anyone have a referral code they want to hook me up with?
Feel free! APFCUG
For those of you that have been digging the Strength classes. Jess Sims did a 45 minute strength class on 10/23 that was really good. The 45 minutes flew by. I will say you will probably need some heavier weights for this one, but I would highly recommend. I have tried a lot of the strength classes, but always come back to her classes. I think they are the most challenging and engaging.
