There’s not a Roku app (yet). We just bought a Fire Stick off Amazon to get the non-cycling classes on the TV. You can also cast your Peloton screen to a smart TV, but our internet service isn’t great so that wasn’t super reliable for us
3 beers in. I will bike so I can have another beer. Better than no bike at all. I’m not chasing any body issue mag contests here.
No but will take subscriptions.
Most of us aren’t. Good Food/Booze should be enjoyed in this lifetime.
I think abetter motivator to curb drinking is the wallet. Budget my weekly booze budget is more effective / something that’s easier to get behind.
I’m out on 1/18 (work). Anyone riding 1/11? Going to try the morning, but I have not enjoyed the 2 Kendall classes I’ve had so far.
I’ll be doing an on demand class 1/12
Yup what one do you want to do? Been a while since i rode with Robin.

Going to piggyback on this comment: how do people split their time between gym time (aka weight training) and the peloton?
I gained at least 10 pounds last year and lost about 5 mph swing speed. Not a good combo. So I’m trying to get into better shape, and while the Peloton is good for that, I think it’s helping me with cardio more than strength. So the next step is to get back into the gym. I got good results with simple stuff in the past, mainly squats/deadlifts with some core work too. But I’m thinking doing 45 minutes in the gym and then trying to do a 30 minute ride later in the day might be a bit much. Just looking for some input. Yes, I know that there are other threads on here talking about weight lifting.
Yea i mean that is always the struggle especially for anyone who is limited on time. It can be difficult be balance this and i don’t think there is a correct answer for everyone.
I know i need to both gain muscle and lose fat but fact of the matter is you can’t effectively do both at the same time. You can do both but not effectively so pick a goal and work through it.
Just discovered this thread, had the bike about 18 months and got the tread this week. Looking to drop about 35lbs this year by doing heavy lifting With bike and tread workouts as my cardio. Love power zone rides as well as almost anything with Robin, Olivia, and Hannah.
Ok I am in
I put together a home gym so I can split my time pretty effectively that way.
Apologies my dear Mr. @anon81973724 but an unknown dinner reservation at an Asian restaurant caused me to move up our ride earlier than planned. Fear not for I know you posses the strength and courage to cross the finish line on you own.
@Taylorda you picked a fine ride. Proof of my ride below for you, Mr. @gatorz7888 and Mr. @JBors if he decides to join us
Good riding! About to hop on now…
Done! Haven’t done a HIIT with Alex yet and that killed me but I’m pouring sweat right now and about to throw up so…I feel great!
Getting stronger and better cardio at the same time is tough. I’m in the some boat right now, weight loss not so much but strength and aerobic improvement simultaneously.
I would target 2-3 lifting days a week, 2 bike days, maybe 1 stretch/recovery and 1-2 off. That’s what I’m planning for the next 2-3 months.
If you aren’t burning the calories you want after a couple weeks, flip the 3rd lifting day for a cardio day, or make sure one of your lift days is higher volume. Lifting can be cardio too.
Nice job guise way to go on a Friday night!!!
Yeah this one really kicked my ass. Well done!
Y’all inspired me to do a 5 min stretch. Not much but something. Felt good. Can’t wait to start doing those all the time.
