Seriously, this thread is perfectly fine today. Much better than last night.
Jesus guis…take it somewhere else. @tchap80 shares a great write up of why we’re doing this event in the first place and you two focus on your pissing match instead? Either keep squabbling in a DM or create your own thread, tentatively titled “No one else gives a fuck about our petty squabble”
Maybe @JBors or @VelvetSteve can come up with a better caption but you get the idea

Getting through 1500 posts was a grind…I miss one day of refuge and this happens! When do we a get an international Duel? An Alfred Dunhill Links style event with 3 courses would be sick!

Again this thread has gotten away from me and I refuse to catch up out of principle, and respect for my employer, but a small note.
Does anyone think it’s weird that Eric Denver’s initials, and how people refer to him on here, are ED? Seems like a problem that afflicts many early/middle-aged, slightly out of shape keyboard warriors. Just something to chew on

Is the ACTUAL terrordome the old Pontiac Silverdome? Or is it Joe Louis Arena?
Either one’s silhouette should be part of the logo.
I would just like to say that we are a couple months out from prime weather for the Duel to the Death Series to make an appearance at WP9, which might be the most fun match play muni I can think of.

There will almost certainly be no golf carts at the Duel 2.0 until they’re used to follow the match and transport beer.
The poor cart boy at Avon Fields got an entire fleet of them ready, was standing by the staging area with keys, and I had to tell him that no one would be using them. Couldn’t tell if he was relieved or bummed because he just spent 30 minutes prepping them all
