Also there is going to be a small tee change to holes 12 and 18. Here is the idea of 12…
Instead of a blind 140 yard shot over a mound, we are going to go back to the original routing which had the tee box about 20 yards to the right (18’s tee box) this gives you a cool look at the land movement of the green

And then do 18 we are going to tee off from 12’s original tee box. This change should open up the left side a bit more along with reducing the risk of the dreaded straight drive running through the right side of the fairway. As the finishing 18th hole my thoughts are that it should come down to the approach vs the tee shot. By moving this tee box back to the ordinal routing you make an easier tee shot while putting way more pressure on the approach to put it close and make a birdie.

Update: I got a hole in one this year on hole 7 at the elks.171 yards middle flag 9 iron. 9/11/24 “never forget”
