Alright now that I can show my face in here again. Let’s get back to Bern’s.
I spoke with Bern’s about potential groups of around 12 people. Here is what I received:
- Can accommodate up to 12 people at one table
- Can accommodate up to 18 people at two parallel tables
- $2200++ Food & Beverage Minimum
- Space Fee Rental $200
- Seating at 530/730 - can be booked 90 days prior.
The food and beverage minimums are prior to the 18% gratuity, 4% administrative fee and 7.5% sales tax and are for the downstairs’ dining room only - not including desert.
Other option would be to get our group organized with how many we have and try to book a couple groups of 6, or however many we end up with. This would be available for booking 60 days out. I am sure we could organize this to work with booking beginning at Midnight and we may have a bit more freedom on dining time.
