I can’t wait to eat all the Brunswick stew I can stomach on Sunday. I’m going to be in primo shape come 7 a.m. Monday

The detour onto SSI and stopping by Southern Soul is worth it for all playing Sunday on Jekyll.

The fine folks at Southern Soul are very familiar with my credit card.

I pray to god that you can enjoy their Sunday Fried Chicken. It is heavenly. Word to the wise, let that shit cool down if you enjoy having fingerprints.

For the folks playing Great Dunes on Sunday, I was just there this past weekend and I have these things:

  1. Hit from the back tee on 11.
  2. If the wind is blowing on 5, good luck.
  3. Get the SOS dog at Tribuzio’s (clubhouse grill)
  4. The greens are rolling fucking pure.

11 is such a good hole.

We should probably figure out car pools for Great Dunes/Jekyll Island (it’s about 70minutes south of Savannah). Hopefully they get the Brantley fire under control over the next few days.

@Cody is riding with me. Have room for 1 more to fit clubs/push carts comfortably.

It’s smoky down here in Jax. Apparently it’s the driest it’s been here since the late 1800s :fire:

And the rain %'s keep going down for SE ga on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Will be in SSI the entire week following The Peel. Might be brutal if mother nature doesn’t intervene.

Yeah AQI is about 50 here (moderate) but you can smell it. Skies are clear blue. Jekyll is roughly the same. But keeping an eye on it.
