Needs to take from the school of helu by addressing the ball a full yard behind it - good way to avoid causing it to fall in on hanging lies
i do not recommend doing this, it has lead to inconsistent ball striking

Yes. Because not all matches get to 18 and thatâs where hospitality is (and itâs better than real 18 for build outs) they are flipped.
