Have fun out there! When in doubt, walk it out (or in)
Anyone interested in a skins game Friday? Figure we could try and raise some money for hurricane relief in the area, and have some light stakes on the warmup day
Fresh Coast Flock will be there at 1030
Can the PNW Crew root for Mayhem, or is that like when Vanderbilt fans chant “SEC! SEC! SEC!”?
Also, yes I just compared the PNW Crew to Vanderbilt University.
Should root for HCC!
For further comment on this, you will have to consult with my attorney.
Skins game sounds good. Mafia rule of course, unless we’re doing net and gross. Donations optional?
I would like to reserve the rights re-litigate this issue at another time.
In the meantime, please do not feel pressured to root for Mayhem. No hard feelings if you root for another roost.
I vote gross cause I don’t want to start a UKG event lol just keep it simple
$40 buy in, $20 goes to the pot, $20 goes to the relief fund
potentially an extremely lame question, but does anyone know if there would be a good place + wifi to take work calls on Friday before we can check into our lodging? I’ll be arriving ~ 10ish and will need to take care of a few things before getting out on the course
Very lame, but I’m in the same boat. Following…
There is a Starbucks in Kimball (off 24, same exit as sweetens but other direction - 7 minutes from Sweetens).
Also a local solace called Spill Coffee & Creamery in S Pittsburg - same exit again. Not sure if they have WiFi. 8 minutes away.
RACDG Europe has two goals:
- Win the bling.
- Win the party.
Hey @MerchCzar - looks like we’re kicking things off! Let’s go!
For anyone interested in the charity skins game Friday:
Gross scoring
Starting at 2pm
1 loop from the blue tees
$40 buy in ($15 to skins, $25 to relief)
Keep your scorecard and give to me at the kickoff dinner for tallying (write your name on it as well)
Venmo @Joseph-Skovgaard to buy in
also, if anyone has a trusted org to send the funds to please let me know!
See you all tomorrow
Here is a list of vetted orgs in North Carolina that work in disaster relief and community aid. Any of these would be a good place to donate
appreciate that, of course if anyone not attending is feeling generous, feel free to hit that Venmo if you’d like the contribute!
Update on the course conditties at Sweetens?
