He wouldn’t have even known what Scottie was arrested for at that point. I’m sure his head was spinning. I also suspect that went the officer did finally say “Who is that we just arrested?” that Jeff told them who it was, but that part wasn’t on camera.

My working theory here is that they knew (or quickly found out over radio or via Darlington) who he was but officer hardo was intent on pressing charges and that’s why he was able to make in and out so quickly. It is incomprehensible to me that (even a white person) can be arrested, taken downtown, booked for a felony, released and back to a golf course that players were walking multiple miles to get to because of traffic.

That just doesn’t happen. It had to of been that an office wants to press charges (possibly sue), everyone knows it’s bogus so they hit the accelerator on the process. I guarantee you any normal person coming into the Louisville jail at 7 AM is lucky to get out by noon.

Edit: Not to mention that his lawyer was probably screaming that if he’s not out in 2 hours you’re potentially costing him $3.6M.
