We, the regular attendees of the Rory McIlroy Block Party (Block Party) have made the following statement available for immediate release regarding the primarily X (Twitter - itâll always be Twitter, Elon) activity of Christopher @Soly Solomon.
Over the past several years, Mr. Solomon has regularly posted the phrase âRory Cominââ when Mr. McIlroy has started to make a move up the leaderboard during a professional golf tournament. This phrase is sometimes paired with a meme or gif, and sometimes the meme or gif is the sole content in the post. It is the opinion of the Block Party, that these posts have acted as a cooler, and have done irreparable harm to Mr. McIlroy in his quest to win a fifth menâs professional major championship. The connection between Mr. Solomon posting this message, and Mr. McIlroy seeing a decline in the quality of his golf has become one of natureâs few constants.
At this point, we are left with only one possible conclusion, that the continued use of the âRory Cominââ message is being done with purposeful malice by Mr. Solomon, and it constitutes a deliberate attempt by Mr. Solomon to sabotage Mr. McIlroyâs ability to win a fifth menâs major championship title. We further suggest an audit of Mr. Solomonâs nuggie wagering activity on FanDuel, and other wagering platforms to determine if Mr. Solomon financially profited off these malicious posts.
To this end, we, the attendees of the Block Party, are indefinitely banning Mr. Solomon from attending the Block Party during all menâs major championships. Furthermore, we are requesting that a cease and desist letter be sent to Mr. Solomon at his home in Florida, specifically the office with the TV for ants, preventing him from tweeting, posting to TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Facebook, NextDoor, Instagram, or LinkedIn the phrase âRory Cominââ at any time, or from posting any associated memes or gifs that contain the same or a similar message.
We also wish to state that the artist known as Big @Randy, is also banned from the Block Party due to his disgraceful comments about Mr. McIlroy being deceased. His associate, one @Tron Carter, also may not attend the Block Party due to repeated scumbag behavior.
As founder of the Block Party, @MerchCzar will be accorded a place of honor at every gathering. @djpie , @Cody , @sundaybag , @KVV , @ChickPhilA , and @errjordan , are all encouraged and welcome to attend this, and any future iteration of the Block Party.
May the Golf Gods have mercy on Soly and Randyâs souls.
