The damage will be done by the time the courts rule on any of this I’m sure and the likelihood that they side with the NLT is so low as to be negligible.
I absolutely hate to see all of the hard work they have put in get wiped out like this, but I won’t lie and say that my view of them hasn’t diminished with their lack of response when this threat presented itself.

His holes are unremarkable. Often nice, but seldom do you play a Fazio and remember all the holes.
I can tell you a lot about almost every course I’ve ever played except Fazios.
For example, I played Eagle Point a few years ago and can’t recite it hole for hole like I would any other course (especially one that should be so memorable), I remember the first hole, a nice par 3, and a par 4 over a creek. I also remember the 9th hole mainly because of a tree that we took pictures in front of the day before.
Incredibly fucked up, but not surprising. Their only hope is a Hail Mary through the courts.
Judges know better than to rule against our rulers.
